We are not an aggregator. Every project is reviewed and qualified by our team before it is shown to investors.

Premium real estate investing is not a search problem. The most attractive opportunities — well-located projects at pre-construction pricing, in markets with structural tailwinds — are allocated privately, before they ever appear on a platform.

Listing portals are built for volume — they aggregate everything, qualified or not. Traditional agents are incentivised by commission, not by fit. Neither model is designed for an investor who needs depth, early access, and honest context.

abuda is built on a different model. We work directly with developers to source projects early, qualify them rigorously, and present them to a curated investor audience — before the wider market learns they exist. Investors pay no platform fee. We earn from the developer side.

Register as an investor

Create your account and confirm your investor status. abuda is open to qualified private investors. There are no intermediary fees to browse or register.

Browse the pipeline

Explore verified residential projects across our active markets — Berlin, Dubai, Limassol, Larnaca, Frankfurt, and Tel Aviv. Every project is pre-screened before it appears on the platform.

Review and connect

Access full project documentation — financials, floor plans, unit breakdown, developer track record, and market context. Connect directly with the abuda team for any deal-specific questions.

Reserve your unit online

When ready, submit a reservation through the platform with a €2,000 deposit. abuda manages the process with the developer from reservation through to legal completion.
